ANA INFLIGHT AMENITIES

• ANA offers Onboard duty-free service inflight.

Cabins offered by ANA

First Class: ANA introduced "The Suite" as a fully closed cabin with aisle access to every passenger. You will get first-class lounge access before you even board the plane. The seats are lie-flat, and the cabin is also equipped with a 23-inch T.V. screen with about everything you need. The cabin also has a separate cabin for your carry-on bag and electronics. On-demand, dining is provided in first class with best-in-class cuisines and beverages.

Business Class: If you booked a business class flight with ANA, you would have a lie-flat seat in your separate seat facing a sizable 18-inch T.V. with a large variety of content for your entertainment. You will also be provided comfortable body liners and quilts for your bed. Amenities such as face wash, toothbrush, and lotion are also offered. Food is available on demand for business class passengers.

Premium Economy: The premium economy cabin comes in a 3x2 layout. Premium economy offers larger seats, extra legroom, blankets, and pillows for extra long-haul flights. Premium economy passengers also get additional amenities such as headphones, toiletry kits, and lounge access at some airports. Special dining is available on demand as per the flight menu.

Economy Class: The ANA economy class offers spacious and comfortable seats in a 3x3 layout. The economy class has 17 inches-wide seats that offer to recline. On-seat entertainment is available, along with charging ports and an adjustable headrest. You can order food from the onboard options or select it in advance.

ANA BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Check-In Baggage: ANA allows two bags of 23 kg (50 lbs.) per piece in the economy and premium economy classes. The bags' dimensions cannot exceed 62 inches(158 cm). The weight limit in business class and first class increased to 32 kg(70 lbs.) per baggage, but only 2 bags are allowed in business class, while first-class passengers get 3 bags.

Carry-On Baggage: Carry-on baggage can be at most 10 kg in any cabin on an ANA flight. The carry-on dimensions should be at most 45 inches(115cm).

Traveling with pets: ANA allows pets to travel with their companion with a few requirements. The pet should be in a cage whose dimensions can not exceed 115 inches, and its weight should be less than 45 kg(99 lbs.). Pets should always be inside the cage during the flight, and only one pet is allowed per cage. The charges of one cage can range between 250 USD - 400 USD depending on the sector traveling.

ANA MANAGE BOOKING

Not only booking at ANA is easy, but managing it is even easier; that can be done with the following steps:

• ANA has provided the option of a 'My Trips' tab on the top of the homepage of its official website
• Tap on My Trips and enter the booking confirmation number, first name, and last name, which are mentioned in your ANA tickets, and then press enter.
• It will take you to the next page, where you can view your booking made.
• 'My Trips' allow you to change and even cancel your booking, but you need to go through the cancellation and refund policy of the Airline before you do so.
• However, you cannot change your name in any case.
• You can enter additional passenger information, like your frequent flyer number.
• You can also select your preferred seat from the seat map, which is available on My Trips, but you may have to pay or get it free depending on the type of booking made.
